2. Order Verification & Dispatch

To ensure accurate delivery and avoid incorrect addresses, our customer support team confirms orders via WhatsApp message or a quick phone call within 12 hours of order placement. Once confirmed, your order is safely boxed, bubble-wrapped, and dispatched from our Multan fulfillment center within 24 hours.

3. Delivery Timelines by Region

• Karachi, Lahore & Rawalpindi/Islamabad: 2 to 3 business days.
• Major Cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Hyderabad, Peshawar): 3 to 4 business days.
• Other Cities & District Towns: 3 to 5 business days.

5. Receiving Your Parcel & Cash on Delivery

The courier rider will call you before arrival. Please keep the exact payable amount ready in cash. Standard courier policy across Pakistan requires payment upon receiving the sealed parcel from the courier rider.
